Summary and Suggestion
The purpose of the practicum for the student teacher is : Student teacher can observe the culture of the practicum school. Student teacher can increase their teaching skills. Student teacher can learn how to made a lesson plan for their teaching based on the curriculum that the practicum school had. Before we teaching we already have two times of trial teaching with our mentor, Teacher Dona. Our lesson plan also have revised couple a times. We used videos of nursery songs that related to Action Words. For the opening and catch the children attention, we sing Good Morning Song. TEACHING PLAN
For making the lesson plan, I worked with April Joy, a partisipant from Philipine. We will teach together in the kinder 3. We dicided to choose ‘Action Words’ as the topic teaching. Teacher at CRRU Demonstration School, use songs, and videos for teaching. Usually teacher opened the lesson with singing and dancing to catch student attention before they had their lesson. School is day off today because it’s a mother day. So we dicided to go to near cafe looking for wifi and do our assignment. First Weekend in Chiang Rai
10th August 2019 Our first weekend in Chiang Rai started. We already borrowed motorcycle from a teacher in our school and today, we decided to go to the clock tower at noon.
